In our workshop, participants will explore the anatomy of their bodies, gaining a clear understanding of how the reproductive system functions. We believe that knowledge is key to building body confidence and developing a healthy relationship with oneself. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, we create a safe and respectful space where girls are encouraged to ask questions and explore without judgment.

As mothers, we recognize the unique challenges and uncertainties that come with this transformative stage. Our focus is on breaking the taboos around menstruation and providing a strong foundation of knowledge that promotes self-esteem and body positivity. Our classes are designed to be approachable and relatable, making it easier for both girls and their guardians to engage in open, meaningful conversations.
