Why We Exist
Cycle Sisters Academy was founded by three close friends, dedicated mothers, and experienced healthcare professionals with a mission to empower youth ages 8–16, young adults and their caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to navigate puberty, body changes, menstrual health, hygiene, and sex education. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where all young people can learn about their bodies, understand the menstrual cycle, explore product options, and embrace the changes that come with growing up.

Empowering Experiences
Our classes are thoughtfully designed for private group settings making them ideal for schools, Girl Scout troops, after-school programs, community organizations, or even a group of close friends.
We understand that youth feel more comfortable learning and opening up when they’re surrounded by familiar faces. That’s why our sessions focus on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where kids and teens can freely explore important topics like puberty, periods, and sex education without fear, shame, or judgment.
By delivering content in a trusted group setting, we encourage open dialogue, build confidence, and help participants feel seen and empowered. Every workshop is interactive, age-appropriate, and tailored to the unique needs of your group making it a meaningful and memorable experience for everyone involved.
